Passes are digital and switch on instantly after payment. Nothing is shipped. See the shipping & delivery policy.

Cancellation

Passes are one-time payments and never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

• Try the free 1 minute first to check that videos play well on your device and connection.
• If you were charged but your pass didn’t switch on, or a problem on our side stopped you from watching, email mohit.punia.372@gmail.com within 7 days with your username and Razorpay payment ID. We’ll fix it or refund you.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Time you have already used on a pass isn’t refundable.
